1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the p989 online gaming platform available at p989.vip (the "Platform"), you ("Player" or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the p989 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. p989 shall not be liable for errors or delays arising from inaccurate account information supplied by the Player.

3.3 KYC Verification. p989 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. Before any withdrawal is processed, Players must submit acceptable identification documents, which may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. p989 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p989 login credentials. You agree to notify p989 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. p989 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. p989 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. p989 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with or without notice.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply based on the selected payment method and the Player's account verification status.

4.3 Processing Times. Deposits are credited to the Player's account instantly in the majority of cases. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are generally processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement. Players may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. p989 may reject deposits and freeze withdrawal requests pending investigation where third-party funding is suspected.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on p989 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). p989 is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by p989 are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

5.2 p989 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or other bonus-exploitation strategies — will have their promotional eligibility revoked and any associated winnings forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

p989's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their p989 account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. p989 complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12. Amendments

13. Termination

Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be withheld pending investigation. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to p989's internal disputes resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body or submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
